Daniel Merck and Jay Carbajal are wonderful to work with. They are exceptionally responsive to our needs! We maintain four locations, so it isn't unusual for them to respond to situations in any one of our offices. They are able to take care of most items remotely, but will still manage to make a trip on short notice, if necessary.
